City Apart-hotel is an exciting new boutique project which was designed from the ground up as a luxury apart-hotel project – ideal for investors looking to maximize their rental incomes.

Sizes for the one-bedroom apartments start at 32.9m2 on the ground floor, with the largest size being 51.63m2 – located on both the second and third floors. Prices at City Apart-hotel are $1,800 per m2 on the first floor, $2,000 on the second floor and $2,200 per m2 on the third floor.
The prices above are for apartments delivered in ‘white frame’ condition, which means that they come with bare concrete walls, floors, ceilings, no bathrooms, etc. The price for making the finishing works would start at an additional $170 per m2 (not including the balcony areas as these will be finished already).
The payment plan at City Apart-hotel would be 30% on contract, 20% halfway through the remainder of the build process, with the final 50% only due once the apartments are finished to white frame standard in March 2022.
