Dirsi is the largest and most ambitious residential community that Tbilisi has seen over the past decade. As these apartments are already finished, the prices assume for cash payment on contract. However, for those clients unable to come up with the full amount immediately, Dirsi is able to offer developer financing. In this case, buyers need only pay 50% upon contract, with the remaining 50% payable over either one or two years at an annual interest rate of 7.5% on the borrowed amount.
