Gagarin Tower is a 14-storey building tower development which is the second phase of an existing project which was finished during the summer of 2019, which means that all apartments are now ready for immediate occupation. The project is located on Gagarini Street, behind the famous Bank of Georgia building. There are many shops and cafes within easy walking distance of the project. The major shopping street of Pekini starts just 400m from the project.
Owners here are protected with CCTV cameras throughout. Parking places are available for $12,000 per place. However, as this project is located so centrally and is on a major bus route, owning a car is hardly necessary in this location.
Whereas many developers are building large apartments that are priced outside the reach of many buyers, all of the apartments at Gagarin Tower are compact, which makes them easily affordable. All but the top two floors have the same floorplan, consisting of three one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments.
There are now only larger one-bedroom apartments available in the project, sized at 56.3m2. Buyers looking for two-bedroom apartments have two compact sizes to chose from as they come in 60.8m2 and 70.8m2 variants. Many of these apartments have partial views – either of the river, or of Mtatsaminda Hill.
Prices at Gagarin Tower are $1015 per m2. All of the apartments here are sold in ‘white frame’ condition, which means that they come with bare concrete walls, floors, ceilings, no bathroom, etc. The price for finishing an apartment would start from $150 per m2.
As this project is now complete, the developer would require 100% of the price upon completion as there are no credit facilities available here. But this means that potential buyers will be able to take immediate possession and can be living here as soon as they have made their white frame finishing, which should take no more than five weeks maximum.
