LandMark Jikia is the perfect choice for anyone looking for an affordable apartment in Tbilisi’s most popular district for foreigners – Saburtalo, Not got all of your financing in place? No problem – you can pay in installments through until completion of the project in December 2021.
The project occupies an excellent location just 250m from the State University Metro Station, allowing for quick and easy travel to all parts of the city, including the huge new City Mall in Saburtalo, which is just one stop away on the metro.
LandMark Jikia is a beautiful new mixed-use project, standing 12-storeys tall. The bottom two floors consist of a large and spacious lobby of 206m2 which offers a concierge service during work hours and security at night. Also on the ground level will be a cafe and supermarket. Floors three through eight contain the residential apartments, while the top three floors will be luxurious office spaces. Below ground are two floors of parking spaces – available to buy for an additional $15,000 per space. Outside is a terraced area with greenery for the use of guests and residents.
The project contains a wide variety of different apartment sizes so there is sure to be a size that is just right for you. The apartments start with highly affordable studio apartments ranging in size from 31.3 m2 up to 31.8 m2. Those preferring a one-bedroom apartment can choose from several different options ranging from 49.7 to 60.7m2, while buyers with children will probably prefer the two-bedroom options, which range in size from a compact 73.3m2 up to a large 111.7m2.
Prices at LandMark Jikia start from $1,000 per m2, ranging up to $1100 per m2 for apartments on the higher levels. As is usual for Georgia, all apartments here are supplied on a ‘white frame’ basis, which means that they come with bare concrete walls, floors, ceilings, no bathroom, etc. Prices for finishing would be an additional $160 per m2 of the internal area for one and two-bedroom apartments, or $200 per m2 for the studios.
As a result of the Covid-19 virus, the developer changed the payment plan for apartments at LandMark Jikia in order to make them more attractive for buyers. Buyers here need only pay 20% on contract, followed by 30% payable in monthly installments through until December 2021, with the remaining 50% due only when the project completes in December 2021.
Sales at LandMark Jikia have been rapid since the project was launched in December 2019 and the majority of studio apartments are already sold. Therefore any buyer wishing to purchase one of the studios needs to act quickly in order to take advantage of this very attractive offer.
