Orion Landmark occupies one of the best remaining locations in Vake – Tbilisi’s most upmarket suburb, which is the location for most of the city’s embassies and best shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.  Another of Vake’s major attractions is Vake Park – the largest green area in Tbilisi.  One of Orion Landmark’s major selling points is the fact that many of the apartments in the building have beautiful views over the park.  It’s even possible to watch matches taking place in the stadium, which is almost opposite the project.  Orion Landmark is also just a few hundred metres from three of the largest embassies in the city – the Iranian, Ukrainian and Russian embassies – meaning that there will be plenty of demand from long-term tenants.

Despite the fact that the project is now nearing completion, there is still a good selection of apartments to choose from.  One-bedroom apartments here start at 48.9m2 and go up to 88.6m2.  Two-bedroom apartments start at 112.4m2 while those looking for a three-bedroom apartment have options starting from 123.8m2.  For those looking for the ultimate in apartments here, there are some massive 227.1m2 four-bedroom apartments available.

Prices at Orion Landmark range from $1,600 to $1,900 per m2 depending upon the floor, view and size.  All apartments here are supplied on a ‘green frame plus’ standard, which mean that they come with smooth floors, walls, plus radiators, a boiler and airconditioning units already installed.  This means that it should be possible to finish an apartment from around $120 per m2 instead of the usual $150 per m2 for finishing from standard white/green frame finishing.

With Orion Landmark now being so close to completion, the payment plan is 50% on contract, with the remaining 50% due upon completion in August.
