Park Tower is a beautiful new high-rise development which is located in Tbilisi’s most upmarket suburb – Vake.  It occupies an excellent location within Vake, just 50m from Vake Park – Tbilisi’s largest green area.  It is also just 250m from the start of Chavchavadze Avenue, famous for the number of upmarket shops, bars and restaurants either on the avenue or in the parallel streets.  The project is within easy walking distance of several of the largest embassies in Tbilisi, including the Russian, Ukrainian and Iranian embassies.

Standing 18-storeys tall, plus five floors of parking, Park Towers started construction in March 2018 and will be completed in June 2020.  The project will be completed to a luxurious standard both inside and out, with the exterior featuring metal shutters and faux-wood laminate coverings. The developer has a good track record of completing several of Vake’s most luxurious residences, one of which received several international awards for its architecture.

The project offers a concierge service for the convenience of owners and guests, together with a security guard on duty 24/7.  Parking at Park Towers is reached by a car elevator.  With prices ranging from $8,500 to $10,500 depending upon the level, these are some of the most affordable parking spaces available in the Vake area today.

All apartments at Park Tower have views of Vake Park.  Larger units with windows on both dies of the building also have good views to the rear as there is a sports field behind the project, ensuring that all apartments receive plenty of light from both sides.

The majority of apartments at Park Tower are luxurious and roomy.  One-bedroom apartments start with affordable 49.9m2 sizes, going up to 71.8m2.  Two-bedroom/two-bathroom units are sized from 94.9m2 to 139.1m2, while three-bedroom/three-bathroom apartments start from 162m2.  By Vake standards, apartments at Park Tower are surprisingly affordable, starting at just $1123.50 on the third floor, going up to a maximum of $1470 on the top floors.

All apartments at Park Tower are supplied on a ‘white frame’ basis, which means that they come with bare concrete walls, floors, ceilings, no bathrooms, etc.  The price for finishing would start at $150 per m2.  A free boiler is included in the price, however.

The payment plan for the project is 50% upon contract, with the remaining 50% only due upon completion in June 2020.  Once complete, service fees for the project will be in the region of 100-140 Lari per apartment.

In summary, Park Tower is the idea project for anyone looking for a luxurious apartment in the best area of the city at relatively affordable prices.
