All apartments here are supplied on a ‘green frame plus’ basis, which fully rendered walls, ready for painting or wallpaper, level floors plus central heating radiators and boiler plus airconditioning and a video entryphone pre-installed.  Buyers here should add an additional $175 to $200 per m2 (not including balconies as these are finished already) to finish the apartments to a suitably luxurious standard.

The standard payment plan at Riverview Residence is 35% on contract with the remaining 65% split into equal monthly installments throughout the remainder of the construction period.  However, there are discounts available for anyone paying more in advance.
